Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking several Membership and Office Specialist. - Boca Raton, FL.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Assist with managing membership operations including reconciliation process for credit/debit card sales, journal entries, payroll deduction, and installment billing process.
- Assist in overseeing student membership staff, which includes training and on-boarding.
- Serve as secondary department staff contact for questions from members and potential members, including promoting services at appropriate university events.
- Process payroll deduction and installment billing.
- Assist with membership refund and cancellation requests.
- Maintain locker rental inventory and oversee assignment process.
- Ensure quality customer service to all Campus Recreation stakeholders
- May assist with the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
- May assist with office technology, integration, and replacement.
- Assist in the management/organization of SharePoint documents.
- Assist with keeping the department’s email up to date and responding to emails appropriately or directing them to the appropriate professional staff member.
- May attend or represent the department at events and/or opportunities for departmental presentations.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.Proficient in computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
