Position Summary:
The Center for Online and Continuing Education at Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Registration Systems Coordinator - Boca Raton, FL.

Responsible for completing tasks that support the Assistant Provost for Online and Continuing Education and work with the unit’s project coordinators team, including, but not limited to, managing the continuing education registration platform, training university partners on the system, collecting and analyzing data, generating reports and documents, preparing presentations, providing project management support, and other duties as assigned. The Registration Systems Coordinator will collaborate with the Assistant Provost and team to maximize productivity on tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of the CampusCE registration platform distributed throughout the university for non-credit registration, which includes instance set-up, connection to the eCommerce site, and testing of all new instances
Train and support university partners and champions on the CampusCE platform to meet their specific needs and customize the instance for each iteration
Work closely with the CampusCE team to stay current on software updates, functionality, and unique user requirements
Manage and create customized reports from the CampusCE platform and create dashboards for executive-level review
Assist the Center for Online & Continuing Education software developer on items such as database management, tracking tools, web and desktop apps, and other reporting requirements
Develop training materials on the use of the registration system, tools, and best practices for the CampusCE platform. Provide face-to-face training sessions and updates to university partners
Identify and evaluate current stakeholder needs, and assemble proposals and/or presentations, as necessary.
Troubleshot registration issues, unique program needs, and student access to the CRM for all continuing education partners
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.Required Skills:
Use various software and technology at a high level of proficiency, including but not limited to project management software, customer relations management software, Microsoft Office tools, Google Apps, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other multimedia creation tools.
Skill in using Jira and Confluence software.
Demonstrate a commitment to the University and clients’ needs, utilizing independent thinking skills, attention to detail, commitment to a high level of excellence, and discretion with sensitive/confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment with strong attention to detail and a talent for conceptualizing solutions.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and support to internal partners, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a positive experience.
