Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Decision Support

  • Support development of corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and performance analyses
  • Conduct market, financial, and operational analyses to inform key business decisions

Executive Reporting & Narrative Development

  • Develop high-impact presentations for ELT, Board of Directors, investors (e.g., GTCR), and regional leadership
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, story-driven narratives aligned to executive priorities
  • Own PowerPoint deliverables as a core output, ensuring polished, insight-driven messaging

Financial & Operational Analysis

  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Analyze P&L trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to support strategic recommendations

Incentives & Performance Support

  • Support reporting and analytics for monthly/quarterly incentive programs, including Technology and Vertical Markets initiatives

Data & Analytics

  • Leverage data from multiple systems (Oracle, Essbase, etc.) to perform analysis and build insights
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, advanced analytics platforms) to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve reporting efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner across Finance, Operations, and business teams to align strategic priorities and deliverables
  • Support special projects, M&A-related analysis, and executive requests

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally from management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development rotation programs

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with demonstrated experience building executive-level presentations
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Experience with BI tools preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion) a plus
  • Experience applying AI tools to analytics, forecasting, or reporting preferred
