Responsible for managing fit-out projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and compliance with design and safety norms.

About the Role:

  • Project Planning: Develop fit-out schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Execution & Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved designs and timelines.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for timely material delivery and quality workmanship.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fit-out works comply with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational standards.

Reporting: Prepare progress reports, track costs, and update management on project status and challenges.

About You:

  • 6–10 years of experience in fit-out or interior project management.
  • Strong knowledge of design standards, building codes, and safety norms.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
