The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support the APAC leadership team by delivering accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business insights to drive strategic decision-making. The role involves consolidating regional financial data, partnering with country finance teams and business stakeholders, maintaining financial reporting systems (Essbase/Hyperion), and enhancing reporting processes through tools such as Power BI. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to provide timely financial information and support continuous process improvements across the APAC region.Job Description
About The Role:
Support the APAC leadership team by delivering timely financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare and consolidate monthly financial reports, annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze regional financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Partner with country FP&A teams, Financial Controllers, and key stakeholders to meet reporting and planning requirements.
Support financial reporting and consolidation for regional and global finance teams.
Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems, including Hyperion/Essbase, and ensure accurate system mapping.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the APAC FP&A team as required.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, multinational environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial deliverables to support business objectives.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CA or CPA qualification preferred.
3–4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally within a multinational or matrixed organization, or a leading accounting firm.
Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality financial analysis within tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regional and global teams.
Knowledge of financial systems such as Hyperion, Essbase, JDE, Workday, and reporting tools like Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
