This role is responsible to combines art and technology to create visual concepts that communicate ideas, captivate audiences, and enhance brand identity.

About the Role:

  • Knowledge and experience creating brochures, marketing material, common business collateral, basic copywriting, branding and editing & working with images.
  • Should know about working/designing in the real estate field(preferable).
  • Solid experience with designing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Lightroom Classic.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
  • In-depth understanding of brochure design
  • Responsible for understanding requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including logos, layouts, and photos.
  • Ability to create creative designs for Social Media, websites, etc.
  • Must have Knowledge and skills in designing & developing Print Media Graphics such as: Brochure- s, Corporate Stationery, Posters, Hoardings, etc.
  • Must have good knowledge of Typography, Alignment & Colour Theory.
  • Keen eye on Design & Details.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in arts or design, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
