About the role
Workplace & Facility Management
- Manage mail-box and delivery services (Courier/DHL/Pouch)
- Manage office supplies and stationaries
- Manage meeting rooms, canteen, common area, and lockers
- Manage Employee ID Card and Guest Pass for new joiners, leavers, and visitors
- Manage Facility vendors, contracts, and review/renewal process
- Process purchases and payments related to HR & Facility
- Manage Facility budget and control spendings in cost efficient way
- Manage Corporate Seal (법인인감)
- Own staff sales, office cleaning, and donation/volunteer activities
- Own workplace/office related agenda including management of lease contract and renewal process
- Own workplace safety, security, and disease control processes; review, assess, and update on a regular basis
Hospitality
- Receptionist – Answer and forward incoming business main phone calls and direct visitors to the right person or department during office hours (0900-1800)
- Send new employee welcome gift sets, and ad-hoc employee gifts and coupons
- Arrange visitors’ flight, accommodation, and transport (flight, hotel, taxi, etc)
Administrative Support
- Own internal communications (employee communications, announcements, etc)
- Conduct Facility induction for new joiners
- Maintain and update company intranet page and employee directory
- Support company events (Wellbeing program, workshop, townhall, meeting, outing, etc.)
About you
Essential
- University graduate
- Minimum 2 year of experience in general affairs, facility management, or HR
- Good command of English & Korean (MUST)
- Good verbal & written communication skills
Preferred
- Work experience in MNC
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Corporate project leading experience
Key Skills

- Excellent in Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook
- Good interpersonal skills
