Job Description – Project Manager (Tajsats Project)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong MEP background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, to lead the one of our hospitality project. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in hotel projects, with at least the last three assignments related to the hospitality industry.

This is a client‑facing role, and the PM will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for C&W, ensuring seamless coordination and project delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong MEP background, with emphasis on electrical & mechanical systems.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of project management experience.
  • Mandatory hotel/hospitality project experience (last three projects).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial kitchen systems, including:
    • High-side and low-side equipment
    • Installation, commissioning, and integration of services
  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end project cycles and deliver within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.
  • Coordinate MEP, civil, landscape and associated works to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports and documentation.

2. Technical Expertise

  • Oversee all MEP services, with particular focus on electrical and kitchen systems.
  • Review and validate technical designs, drawings, BOQs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.

3. Team Leadership

  • Manage and guide a multidisciplinary team including:
    • Civil Engineers
    • Mechanical Engineers
    • Electrical Engineers
    • Safety Officers
  • Ensure alignment, coordination, and communication across all disciplines.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for C&W and all client stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular update meetings, resolve issues, and ensure client expectations are met.
  • Drive transparency, professionalism, and proactive communication.
