The Project Manager is responsible for representing C&W in the project, lead the teams, managing all the stakeholders & managing all the aspects of the project as per our signed off contractual obligations while maintaining cordial relations with client so that there aren’t any escalations.Job Description
About the Role:
1. Key Relationships
Internal Relationships: All internal stakeholders
External Relationships: All external stakeholders
2. Stakeholder management
Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority & confidence
3. Operational Efficiency
Site operations must be managed efficiently & project milestones, cash flow to be achieved
4. Documentation control
Complete governance on the project documentation for all stages of project & audits
5. Project P&L
Ownership of project P&L & lead it with profitability w.r.t invoicing & client payments
6. Other
Proactively review workplace systems / processes to innovate and continuously improve the business performance and workplace experience
Performs other duties as requested by your direct manager
Occasional requirement to work extended hours during peak times or to assist with major functions/events
Development of operational standards / playbooks / operating manuals for all aspects of the business
7. Background & Experience
Extensive experience in the greenfield project with complete knowledge of the complete lifecycle of the projects
About You:
B. Tech in Civil Engineering/ PMP certification/ NICMAR, understanding of all the technical aspects of the greenfield projects
Should have completed at least 1-2 building construction projects end to end during the tenure, preferably institutional project.
Candidate working with Project Management Consultancy would be preferred
Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
