About the Role:
Key Responsibilities

  • Overall in-charge of Fire & Life Safety systems including Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Pumps, Smoke Management, and Fire Extinguishers.
  • Supervise and manage Firemen across shifts ensuring 24x7 fire safety coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with Fire NOC, NBC, insurance, and local fire authority requirements.
  • Act as Incident Controller during fire or life safety emergencies and coordinate with the Fire Brigade.
  • Conduct mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, and fire safety training.
  • Monitor fire safety compliance of retail stores, food courts, cinema, and event areas.
  • Handle fire audits, close observations, and maintain statutory fire safety documentation.

About You:

 Diploma / Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire & Safety

 Certified Fire Officer from a recognized institute
 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in commercial/mall/large facility operations
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
