Manager

Business generation and implementation of client requirements

  • Developing business generation sources and clients (Tapping existing C&W’s International Network, Chambers of Commerce, Architects, etc.)
  • Understanding client brief (generating shortlist)
  • Sourcing and securing suitable properties (networking with brokers and property owners)
  • Inspections of properties (updating database)
  • Financial (Quantitative), Analytical, Technical and Legal Comparative for shortlisted options
  • Negotiations with Customized and Solution Oriented Approach to meet expectations of Clients. Require Detailed Financial and Analytical Skills to compare options and provide positive decision making approach by convincing clients on their decision of property.
  • Documentation (liaising with solicitors)
  • Follow up after delivery including Invoice Payment Collection
  • Business generation ability, sales experience
  • Corporate client handling skills necessary
  • Good Analytical & Financial Skills including IT (MS Office) Skills
  • Service oriented background
  • Ability to network
