Facility Executive - Technical. Job Description Summary Purpose of the role in 1-2 sentences The Facility Executive – Technical is responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of all technical systems within the facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and uninterrupted services as per contractual and statutory requirements. Coordinated with the reporting Property Manager, vendors, and all stakeholders to ensure all client requirements were met in accordance with site specifications. Job Description 3-5 bullet points of specific duties About the Role: • Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities. • Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker. • Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. • Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives. • Monitor performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems. • Coordinate with utility providers and vendors for electrical maintenance. • Operate, maintain, and monitor all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS, DG sets, UPS, STP/ETP, lifts, and ELV systems. 3-5 bullet points of key selection criteria About You: • Previous experience in a similar Asset & Property maintenance Management Role. • Strong written and oral communication skills • Paying attention to detail and having excellent problem-solving skills is essential.
