Assistant Facility Manager - Technical

BUSINESS UNIT

REPORTING TO

Facility Manager

POSITION GOALS

  • To provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager
  • To ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining
  • Weekly 6 working days

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues daily report to the Facility Manager.
  • Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions
  • Overall service delivery assessment of HK Team.
  • Stock checking of consumables, ensuring tracker is updated daily and monitoring consumption pattern.
  • Taking rounds and monitoring UPS & A/C, Checklist and update readings and resolution of service issues.
  • Follow up with vendor PM activity of Facility Equipment. (UPS , HVAC , Chillers, electrical panel & other equipment)
  • Repair work like Plumbing, water leakages, carpenter lock replacement washrooms repairs etc at site and resolution of issues.
  • Ensure that the Pest control activities are done as per the schedule.
  • Coordinating on weekend activates with support team.
  • Monitoring of the Stationery Stock tracker updated daily.
  • Internal seating movement and update.
  • Maintaining the Attendance records for third part vendors.
  • Stock checking of consumables, ensuring tracker is updated daily and monitoring consumption.
  • Monthly Statutory compliance with all sub vendors
