About the Role:
- Month-End Close & Reporting
- Support month-end close activities, including P&L review and variance analysis.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packs and commentaries for senior leadership.
- Forecasting & Planning
- Assist in EMEA forecast reviews and uploads.
- Consolidate inputs from regional FP&A teams for risk & opportunity assessments and forecast updates.
- Support annual and mid-year planning cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analysis & Insights
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with regional finance teams and business leaders to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to automation and standardization efforts within FP&A.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.
- Preferably graduate work or CA/CPA certification
- At least 5 years meaningful experience, preferably in real estate industry/commercial property management
