Experience: Freshers/ 3-5 year with knowledge of Commercial Fitout Projects
Job Description/ Roles & Responsibilities:
Ownership of Project Creation, GNG, BTR Ownership of Vendor Empanelment Process Coordination Ownership of Procurement Process for Design & Build Commercial Interior Fit-out Projects
- Coordinate for Umbrella P&L Approval from business heads
- Submission of Vendor List for Approval
- Prepare & Track Tender Event Schedule
- Float Tender Package to Vendors
- Receipt Quotes from Vendors
- Coordinate Pre-bid meetings with Vendors
- Document & Manage Pre-Bid Meeting Discussions
- Coordinate Negotiation meetings with vendors
- Prepare Comparatives of Vendor Quotes
- Receive Final No Regret Quotes from Shortlisted Vendors
- Prepare Final Quote Comparisons and Submit Techno-Commercial Recommendations
- Preparation of PR form with all Documents as per Checklists & Formats
- Process the PR for approval process and coordinate the release of PO to vendor along with Contract Annexures within the agreed Turn Around Time
- Prepare and Track PR / PO Process Tracker
- Coordinate Change Management for Vendors
- Support in Maintaining Client & Vendor Finance Tracker
Key Goals:
Improve Project Profitability through Vendor Negotiations Governance Compliant Procurement Process Documentation and Seamless & Efficient Process Management maintaining control over Turnaround timelines
