This role is responsible for the client facing – from pre-construction to handover a project within the budget and time for the hospitality sector. The role includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and development of the brown field hotel project for one of the well-known hotel brands.

About the Role:
- Develop/manage client relationships for effective understanding and leverage of client requirements
- Coordinate with the consultant to get their deliverables on time.
- Pre-qualification of vendors and conduct tender events.
- Coordinate with the contractors for completion of the project on time and within the budget.
- Performance analysis of the contractors and provide MIS reports to the client.
- Manage the internal team and develop the client relationship for future business.

- About You:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience in construction management essential
- Previous experience in a hospitality/hotel industry is essential
- Experience in Planning & Tendering is advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- B.E/B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
