This role is responsible for the Business Development & Transaction Execution Support in a local market. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination during the transaction process.

About the Role:

• Develop/manage client relationships for effective understanding and leverage of client requirements
• Meet developers & landowners to generate new supply of land.
• Prepare Information Memorandums, cashflows for ongoing transactions.

About You:

• 4-5 years of experience of working in Real Estate industry,. Ideally with a developer or any IPC
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good understanding of working on MS Office, Excel, presentations
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
