Job Description Summary

Asset Manager is responsible for supporting the team in managing and optimizing Client's owned/leased assets, ensuring they are utilized effectively and efficiently, while aligning with strategic goals and local market conditions.

[담당업무]

  • 전반적인 임대차 계약 관리 업무 수행 (신규 계약, 계약 갱신, 계약 해지, 계약 조건 협의 등)

  • 임대차 계약 관련 문서 관리

  • 임차인 커뮤니케이션 역할 수행, 임대차 관련 문의 및 이슈 대응

  • 외부 협력사, 서비스 공급업체 관리, 비용 효율성 제고 및 제공 서비스 품질 향상을 위한 제반 업무 수행

  • 부동산 자산 운영 관련 예산 수립 업무

[지원자격]

  • 경영학, 부동산학 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위 이상

  • 부동산 관리, 운영, 임대차 관리 등 유관 경력 5년 이상

  • 탁월한 커뮤니케이션과 대인관계 능력

[우대사항]

  • 부동산 관련 자격증 우대 (공인중개사 등)

  • 국내 부동산 시장 동향과 규제 요건에 대한 이해

  • 임대차 관련 회계, 부동산 관련 영문 용어/단어에 대한 이해와 부동산 계약 관련 이슈 처리 경험

  • 재무 분석, 예산 수립 경험 및 탁월한 보고 능력 보유

About the Role:

  • Manage all aspects of lease administration, including new leases, renewals, terminations, and negotiation of lease terms

  • Maintain and organize lease documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction

  • Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for property operations

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate management, lease administration, or property operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant real estate certifications are a plus

  • Solid understanding of the domestic real estate market, trends, and regulatory requirements

  • Familiarity with lease accounting, English real estate terminology, and lease-related issue resolution

  • Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting
