About the Role:

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages in VIP lounge

• Provide customer service to VIP clients and manage service quality

• Manage beverage/F&B supplies and hygiene standards

• Propose new beverage recipes and menu items

• Conduct barista training and enhance service quality

About You:

• Holder of a Barista Certification

• Experience in cafe operations and inventory management

• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

• Possession of self-developed beverage recipes preferred

• Experience in managing F&B vendors preferred
