We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Deal Management Coordinator to join our dynamic Bangalore based team. This role is critical in supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across deal desk operations, billing, accounting, and cash management functions. About The Role:
- Coordinate proactive closing support by monitoring deal progress, updating estimated close dates, and initiating resource requests (RRs).
- Maintain and catalog documentation for upcoming closings to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing Master Service Agreements, ensuring contract documentation is current
- Support supplier onboarding and maintenance by creating and providing support for supplier records as necessary
- Customer billing setup
- Outside broker/client fee share onboarding and setup
- Provide support in maintaining pending payable activities
- Support the Invoice distribution process
- Address commission payment inquiries from internal and external brokers with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain positive relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive financial and customer data.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.) preferred
- 0-1 years of experience in finance support roles are required,
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles is advantageous.
- Prior experience in deal management, sales operations, or finance support roles preferred.
