About the Role:

• Competent Knowledge of Building services including Fire system, HVAC, HT LT System,
• Understanding of Civil engineering fundamentals applied during Transition and FM and Asset Services management
• Excellent writing, technical, coordination and communication skills
• Understanding of Energy Management / EHS.
• Audit process and implementation techniques
• Process development and report writing skills
• Competent Knowledge of Building laws at pre development, planning, project and operational stage.
• Strong competency in financial analysis, budgeting, cash flow projections for real estate projects including various types of building operations.
• Conversant with Power Quality and Energy Audit Standard

• Total Relevant Experience 8-10 years
• Preferable from IFM/ AS Industry Background
• Should have hands on experience on managing Property & Facility Management. Labour and Building Compliance, Financial management, MIS, AMC, Vendor Management, Soft Services.
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills

Competencies

• Engineering Graduation in Electrical / Mechanical from reputed University
• Master degree in Relevant field is desirable
• Qualified Energy Auditor from BEE
