We're seeking an experienced Landscape Designer/Landscape Architect to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects from concept through construction, collaborating with landscape architects, planners, engineers, and clients to create places that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop innovative landscape designs that exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create thoughtful, integrated solutions.
  • Work directly with senior landscape architects and land planners on exciting projects.
  • Prepare conceptual designs, construction documents, and presentation graphics.
  • Produce high-quality drawings using hand sketches, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization software.
  • Coordinate multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Conduct field visits and site investigations to support project development.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to every project.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • 2-8 years of professional landscape design experience.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills (2014 or newer).
  • Experience preparing 2D construction documents, including Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil plans.
  • Strong understanding of construction details and documentation.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel for field visits and site investigations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
