About the Role: Following Skills Needed:

• MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
• We are looking for a mid to senior Level Landscape Architect who is has a degree in Landscape Architecture/ Licensure is a plus
• Applicant must have strong design skills and be able to lead and manage projects and a team.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of construction details
• Competency in 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil)
• A creative and problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrates self-motivation and can confidently add creative ideas designs
• Positive work ethic and shall have the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure
• Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines and clients
• Ability to travel to conduct and document field visits and site investigation
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Adobe Photoshop and Trimble Sketchup skills a plus
• LandFX a plus
• Lumion a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Any experience with Urban Planning is helpful

Qualifications: Education Requirements: MUST HAVE a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a major in Landscape Architecture. A License in Landscape Architecture is a plus.
