Your Role:

As a Diesel Technician, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in diesel mechanics.

  • Assist in performing routine maintenance on gas and diesel engines
  • Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
  • Develop proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
  • Support brake inspections and other safety checks
  • Gain experience with tools such as jacks, lifts, and precision measurement instruments
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures
  • Accurately document maintenance and repairs in the system
  • Complete required training and certifications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently attending or graduated from a Gas & Diesel Trade School
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred)
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills and hands-on tool usage experience
  • A valid driver’s license is required (CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL is preferred)
  • Strong customer service attitude and effective communication skills
  • Basic computer skills for data entry into maintenance systems
  • Must possess necessary tools to perform assigned tasks
