Whether you're improving processes, supporting operations, solving technical challenges, or driving business performance, your contributions help keep aircraft flying safely around the world.Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL or US RemoteTravel: 20% What You’ll Be Doing Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, and quality to execute integrated NPI program plans for gas turbine hardware manufacturing and repair projects. Partner with Program Managers and Engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans. Coordinate daily project activities and drive alignment across stakeholders to meet program milestones and schedules. Facilitate regular project meetings, maintain action-item trackers, and ensure timely completion of key deliverables. Identify resource constraints and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical solutions. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, providing clear status updates to leadership. Support risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are defined, tracked, and executed. Deliver data-driven progress reports and recommendations to PMO and Engineering leadership teams. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (engineering or manufacturing preferred) and minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Engineer. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management. Proficient in project management techniques and software tools. Operations experience and knowledge of highly regulated manufacturing such as aerospace or medical device manufacturing elements (i.e. process instructions, tooling development, CapEx capacity analysis). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Direct experience in the fields of aerospace or turbine engines preferred.
