Detailed Description of the Project

Project Objective

Support the Industry Strategic Analysis team in monitoring key developments in the industry, as well as updating the cement expansions database and collaborating on research and special requests from Top Management.

Challenges for the Student

• Development of in-depth knowledge of the industry, competitors, market dynamics, key developments, and topics of interest for the area
• Development of analytical judgment and decision-making based on available information
• Organization and time management

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

• Monitoring and collecting news on key industry developments for the creation of a daily newsletter.
• Updating and managing the global cement capacity expansions database.
• Updating databases of financial reports and analysts´ reports
• Supporting various projects of the ISA team
