Detailed Description of the Project
Project Objective:Support Cemex University Leadership Programs and Academies.
Challenges for the Student:• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support decision-making.• Manage commitments with program stakeholders.• Build relationships with people from different cultures as part of planning and development activities.• Influence the development of organizational talent.• Support the development of business capabilities within global teams.• Demonstrate the value generated by Cemex University programs.
Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out:• Configure learning experiences on digital platforms.• Follow up with participants.• Create data analysis and dashboards.• Support presentations and program databases.• Ensure that learning experiences meet optimal quality standards to guarantee results.
