Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 to 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry required
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Deliver exceptional service to an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, addressing their unique needs and expectations with attention to privacy, confidentiality, and bespoke coverage solutions.

  • Resolve moderately complex service requests and insurance issues directly, utilizing knowledge of luxury assets such as fine homes, automobiles, yachts, jewelry, collectibles, and umbrella liability.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and outward-facing advisor for assigned accounts, maintaining direct client relationships and ensuring superior day-to-day service.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted insurance consultant for their personal risk management needs.

  • Represent clients internally, collaborating with underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to implement customized insurance programs and oversee the completion of projects or ongoing service needs.

  • Proactively escalate client concerns when appropriate to ensure timely resolution and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction.

  • Assist client services management in conducting client meetings, policy reviews, and renewal discussions, often in coordination with wealth managers or financial advisors.

  • Accurately input and manage sensitive client data in all appropriate software systems for vendors, carriers, and internal records within required timeframes.

  • Participate in new client onboarding, renewals, and client meetings, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive coverage for high value assets.

  • Establish and maintain strong business rapport with specialized insurance carriers and vendors who serve the high-net-worth market.

  • Discuss applicable legislation, regulatory changes, and market trends with clients, providing insight into emerging risks or coverage opportunities for affluent households.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal controls, procedures, and compliance requirements, especially those relevant to high net worth and luxury asset coverage.

  • Identify and recommend additional lines of coverage or enhancements to address evolving risks and lifestyle changes, such as cyber liability, domestic staff liability, flood, and excess liability.

  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced client service staff, sharing expertise in high net worth account management.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid Florida Property & Casualty license

  • Experience servicing high net worth personal insurance accounts

  • Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills
