The Trade Remedies practice within Risk Advisory Services provides international trade litigation support to law firms and their clients engaged in trade disputes. Examples of recent cases include a variety of products such as Automotive Tires, Quartz Countertops, Softwood Lumber, Solar Cells, Wine Bottles and Corrosion Resistant Steel.
Essential Functions & Primary Duties
- With team member assistance, incumbent’s responsibilities may include some or all of the following types of work: conduct research on recent case precedent from the U.S. Department of Commerce on matters related to methodology in anti-dumping matters; organize and document client materials; set up case calendars for upcoming investigations and reviews; analyze and comment on client data received; prepare exhibits demonstrating the allocation of expenses or other calculations.
- Maintain regular, timely communication with members regarding project status, project issues, and availability
- Interact with team members and clients in a professional, confident manner
- Work in-person and remotely, as needed
- Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
- Work in teams and independently, occasionally with minimal supervision

Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills, knowing when to ask for help
Preferred Qualifications
- Working towards a degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, Accounting, Internal Audit, or related field
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Active participation in student organizations or work experience in accounting or a related field
Minimum Qualifications
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet and audit software
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this job in this market is $20-$40. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position. The compensation above is not representative of an employee’s total compensation.
