About the Role
Owns the discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements across Client Services. Supports project execution and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Core Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Identifies and implements process improvements and efficiencies
- Executes project deliverables and manages implementation. Monitors implementation progress and identifies risks, roadblocks and corrective actions.
- Designs programs aligned with best practices and project goals
- Troubleshoots issues and recommends solutions during implementation
- Mobilizes resources and cross-functional teams to execute innovations
- Facilitate training and handoffs to support Account Management teams
- Partners with Trainer to develop materials for process training
- Performs post-implementation reviews to measure success and outcomes, identifies continuous improvement opportunities
Skills Needed:
· 3–5 years in process improvement, operations, or project management roles in a Client Services environment.
· Ability to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined processes.
· Proven experience managing projects from discovery through implementation.
· Analytical thinking approach and ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to translate process designs into actionable implementation plans.
· Exposure to training development or knowledge management is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Familiarity with workflow automation tools or CRM systems (depending on the organization).
· Basic data analysis skills for measuring process efficiency.
· Skilled in planning, scheduling, resource allocation leveraging tools like MS Project, Asana or Trello.
