Description

Provides assistance to the Corporate Vice President of Construction Management, leading various projects as assigned. Audits agreements, contracts and other project documents to ensure the appropriate documents is used, that they are accurate, updated and in accordance with policies, procedures and AHCA guidelines. Incumbent is involved in the vendor selection/decision making process. Verifies and ensures that all vendor license, insurance and agreement are valid, current and renewed on time. Assists with preparation of Board Reports and Audit Reports for accuracy. Assists Senior Program and Project Managers on various projects to secure appropriate sign off by end users for scope, schedule furniture, finishes and medical equipment. Assists in aligning project meetings and proper attendees. Coordinates required on job architecturally significant items. Work with specialized medical equipment suppliers to insure required information is delivered to A/E team per the equipment design schedule. Estimated salary range for this position is $59664.78 - $77564.21 / year depending on experience.
