Description
Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality retail sales operation through supervisory and administrative work in the Gift Shop(s). Provide direct supervision to the front-line staff. Support the gift shop operations in the areas of cash sales, purchasing, receiving, inventory control and sales, while providing excellent customer service to all guests. Promotes teamwork and policy compliance. $39,832.06 - $51,781.68 based on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees: - Associates.
- Minimum requirements are as follows: at least five years of experience as a retail supervisor.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
- A high degree of self-direction, problem solving skills and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of retail management, promotion and marketing methods and working knowledge of buying procedures and product market values.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, personnel management and supervisory techniques.
