Performs all EKG procedures in all patient care settings, orders EKGs in hospital electronic medical record system, Downloads all EKG carts into EKG management system, attaches orders with EKGs and uploads into reading cardiologist's box for transcription. Will keep all assigned equipment and workstations clean and free of clutter.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.96 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support.
• CCI Certified Cardiographic Technician.
• NHA EKG Technician.

Additional Qualifications:

• Certified by the American Heart Association in CPR.
• Experience with EKG procedures in a hospital setting.
• Certified EKG Technician from CCI, NHA or equivalent verifiable certification and/or verifiable registry.
• Employees hired after 4/30/2023 must obtain certification within 1 year of hire.
