The Annual Fund Manager develops and implements annual and long-term strategic plans for Annual Giving, including engagement, solicitation, and stewardship activities. Directs strategy for personal face-to-face solicitations, direct mail program, employee and board giving campaigns, e-solicitations, web giving and other annual fund activities. The Manager sets and achieves ambitious overall dollar and donor goals and goals set by constituency including: past patients, annual fund donor renewal, employee, board, volunteer and physician constituencies. Develops strategies to increase participation and to acquire new donors and develops retention strategies that encourage greater participation and higher-level giving. Develops outreach communication and training strategies volunteers and hospital/entity based champions. The manager will help identify and generate major and planned giving donor prospects. Ensures that all patient fundraising efforts are in compliance with federal (HIPAA) and state regulations. Ensures that program is coordinated with other Foundation and BHSF initiatives. Develops reports that analyze and report progress in all key areas. Works with colleagues to identify and implement prospect screening tools and analyze data.

Estimated pay range for this position is $78,611 - $102,194 annually depending on experience.

• Bachelors.

• Bachelor of Science required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in fund-raising or marketing/sales leadership.
• Experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and providing stewardship for leadership and major gifts from individuals, foundations and corporations in South Florida.
• Experience in managing major components of effective development program including annual giving.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Regularly exercises judgment, discretion and independent decision-making skills.
• Raiser‘s Edge experience preferred.
