As of December 31, 2012, its distribution network also includes 97 automated teller machines (ATMs), online banking, and a telephone banking service. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank had 98 branches in 15 counties. On February 29, 2012, the Company announced the completion of its acquisition of Herald National Bank (Herald).
