Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and consistent manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
- Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team on menu development and presentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong understanding of pastry techniques, baking methods, and food safety standards.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary or pastry degree is a plus.
