Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a results-driven Senior Group Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a top-performing hotel sales professional with a passion for developing new business, growing key accounts, and driving group revenue in a luxury resort environment.
As a senior member of the Sales team, you will proactively solicit, negotiate, and book group business while partnering with Revenue Management, Catering, and Operations to deliver exceptional client experiences. You'll also serve as a mentor and trusted resource by sharing industry knowledge and best practices that contribute to the team's overall success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel group sales experience, preferably in an upscale or luxury resort.
- Proven success achieving and exceeding group sales goals.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Delphi, or similar sales systems preferred.
- Luxury resort or wellness hospitality experience is a plus.
