Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a passionate and service-driven Human Resources Manager to support the Director of Human Resources in leading recruiting, training, employee engagement, and daily HR operations at our luxury wellness resort.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys building strong teams, developing employees, and creating a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Human Resources on recruiting, training, and employee relations initiatives
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions and support onboarding and orientation programs
• Coordinate and conduct property training programs, compliance training, and leadership development
• Track training schedules and ensure compliance with required programs
• Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events
• Assist with benefits administration, workers’ compensation, payroll updates, and HR reporting
• Ensure company policies and hotel standards are consistently followed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience in hospitality or related industry
• Experience in recruiting and training preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
