We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sound Bath Meditation / Sound Healing Instructor to lead immersive wellness experiences designed to restore balance, deepen mindfulness, and elevate guest well-being.
Position Overview
As a Sound Healing Instructor, you will guide guests through intentional, restorative sound bath and meditation sessions that align with the resort’s luxury wellness philosophy. You will create a serene environment where guests can relax, reset, and reconnect through the power of sound and mindfulness practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging sound healing, sound bath, meditation, and mindfulness sessions
- Create a calm, welcoming, and elevated atmosphere for relaxation and healing
- Use instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, and other sound tools safely and effectively
- Guide guests through breathwork, grounding, and meditation practices
- Prepare, organize, and maintain wellness studio spaces and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness, order, and respectful care of all instruments and wellness areas
- Support resort wellness programming, workshops, and special events as needed
- Communicate with professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness to guest needs
- Uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and holistic wellness philosophy
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong expertise in sound bath meditation and group facilitation
- Exceptional communication and guest experience skills
- Ability to create a safe, peaceful, and transformative wellness environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal presence
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative wellness team
Education & Certifications
- Certification in Sound Healing, Sound Bath, or related training required
- Additional certifications in meditation, breathwork, Reiki, or complementary wellness modalities are a plus
- CPR/AED certification preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience leading sound bath meditation or group wellness sessions preferred
- Experience in luxury resorts, spas, or hospitality wellness environments strongly preferred
- Experience with both group and private sessions is a plus
