Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally
• Set up trays and tables to brand standards with attention to detail
• Ensure accuracy of orders and provide personalized service
• Assist with collection and clearing of trays and in-room dining equipment
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and guest services
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with genuine care and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in room service, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Friendly, professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
