What You’ll Do

As Training Manager, you will oversee all training and development programs across the resort, ensuring team members and leaders consistently meet Amrit standards, Forbes expectations, and regulatory requirements. You’ll partner with department heads to design and deliver impactful training that supports onboarding, compliance, leadership growth, and guest experience excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and facilitating training for managers and team members on Forbes Travel Guide standards and hospitality behaviors
• Managing onboarding, departmental orientation, and ongoing training programs
• Overseeing compliance training, including OSHA, alcohol awareness, and ServSafe certifications
• Collaborating with department leaders to create learning goals, action plans, and follow-up strategies
• Auditing and maintaining SOPs, training manuals, and onboarding materials
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives, stay interviews, and team member development
• Enhancing communication through training updates, promotions announcements, and internal messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in training, learning & development, or hospitality leadership
• Background in luxury, resort, or Forbes-rated environments preferred
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of hospitality compliance, safety, and certification requirements
• Passion for developing people and delivering elevated service experiences
