We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager who takes ownership and ensures all repairs and preventive maintenance are executed to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day maintenance operations across rooms, residences, and common areas
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs and SOPs
• Ensure all repairs are completed quickly, correctly, and to luxury standards
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool/spa, etc.)
• Respond to urgent issues and ensure minimal disruption to guests and residents

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in maintenance/facilities (hotel or residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Proven ability to implement preventive maintenance programs
• Hands-on leader with strong attention to detail and accountability
