Senior Group Sales Manager

Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Group Sales Manager with a proven background in luxury and independent hotel brands. This is a high-impact leadership role for a sales professional who thrives on driving revenue, building elite client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position plays a critical role in shaping and executing group sales strategies that align with the resort’s luxury positioning and growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify, solicit, and secure high-end group business including corporate, incentive, association, and wellness segments
- Own group revenue performance, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Group Sales Managers to ensure accountability and success
- Design and execute strategic sales plans targeting key feeder markets and industries (excluding SMERF)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners to drive repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory, and group displacement strategies
- Partner with Operations, Events, and F&B teams to deliver seamless, luxury-level guest experiences
- Lead site inspections, client presentations, and contract negotiations with a focus on maximizing profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales strategies
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of group business within CRM systems
