Position Overview
Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a results-driven Condo Rental Sales Manager to oversee the performance of a 40-unit luxury residential portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue while positioning the residences as a premier luxury wellness rental offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, occupancy, and ADR across all units
• Execute rental strategies across transient, extended stay, and luxury leisure segments
• Manage distribution channels including direct, OTA, and luxury travel advisors
• Partner with Revenue Management on pricing and inventory optimization
• Build strong relationships with residence owners and align on performance goals
• Collaborate with Marketing to elevate brand positioning and visibility
• Secure long-term stays, VIP, and high-net-worth clientele
• Monitor performance, trends, and forecasting accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury hotel sales, residential rentals, or condo-hotel environments
• Proven track record in revenue generation and rental performance
• Strong understanding of distribution channels and pricing strategies
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and luxury travel advisors
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
