What You Will Do
As an Events Intern focused on, you’ll support the planning, design, and execution of internal and external events that bring ADT’s brand and culture to life. You’ll work cross functionally, manage details, and help deliver events that drive engagement and business impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of corporate events and activations
  • Support event planning efforts by coordinating logistics, materials, and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with business goals and audience needs
  • Help promote events through internal communications and event materials
  • Track deliverables and follow ups to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Willingness to jump in and support hands on event execution

What Will Set You Apart

  • Previous experience or strong interest in event planning and communications
  • Coursework or experience in project management, marketing, or communications strategy
  • Ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, or project management platforms
  • Interest in corporate events, brand activations, or employee engagement initiatives

Compensation & Internship Details

  • Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
  • Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
  • Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
