What You'll Do:

As a Financial Analyst, you provide data, reports, and analysis to business leaders, helping them achieve our operational and financial goals. You will also support financial management in a variety of processes including the month-end closing and performance reporting of financial and operational metrics by extracting and analyzing data across business segments, validating consistent treatment, and creating management reporting for the IT organization.

  • Develop financial models and analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks for business improvement and communication of such to Finance and Operational leaders.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot with Business Intelligence teams and IT as necessary to ensure data access and integrity.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop financial models to support complex requests on-time and accurately.
  • Develop and implement new processes, analyses, and reports on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Work with functional teams to develop framework and analytics to support business tests.
  • Produce analyses that tie operational metrics back to company’s P&L.
  • Serve as the Finance representative in cross-functional efforts to ensure new programs and ideas stay within the company’s financial guardrails.
  • Produce advanced quantitative and financial analysis (e.g., statistical correlation, variance analysis, NPV, EVA, etc.).
  • Determine how to incorporate data intelligence tools into financial analytics to deliver insights to business partners.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of financial modeling and financial valuation metrics such as NPV, IRR, and DCF.
  • Expert attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and provide explanation for variances/trending.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working efficiently in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to express oneself clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.
  • Good at developing and cultivating relationships, building rapport, and driving collaboration across broadly defined business teams.

Office Location: Boca Raton, FL

Workstyle: A hybrid schedule where employees work on-site four days per week and remotely one day.
