Job Description
What you will do:
As a GTM (Go-to-Market) Growth Strategy Intern, you will help shape ADT’s long-term commercial strategy by leading initiatives that define where we play, how we win, and what capabilities we build. You’ll support the development and execution of GTM strategies, drive field operations alignment, and implement solutions that enhance commercial performance.
- Lead GTM initiatives by building strategies, business cases, and execution frameworks
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans for cross-functional teams
- Analyze business trends and provide insights to inform operational decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve and streamline commercial processes
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Strong interest in GTM and operational strategy, with the ability to build business cases and translate ideas into action
- Analytical mindset with experience working with data to generate insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (e.g., MBA or related field), graduating between December 2026–August 2027

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
