Job Description
What you will do
As a Technical Project Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of product development and management. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product conceptualization, development, launch, and post-launch enhancements. Your work will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting improvements to ensure ADT’s products meet customer needs and market demands.
- Assist in creating and managing project plans, status reports, and post-launch evaluations
- Collaborate with teams to support product development and launch activities
- Support the design and launch of small-scale pilots, including scoping requirements and defining success metrics.
- Research and propose improvements to existing workflows tools or processes.
- Support post-launch enhancements, including defect resolution and process improvements
What You Need to Be Successful
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026–August 2027
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly
- Interest in both technology and business impact; you enjoy connecting the “why” and the “how”

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Friday in our Boca Raton lab.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
