Job Description
What you will do:
As a Collaboration Services Intern, you’ll support the administration and optimization of ADT’s collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. You’ll assist with troubleshooting, feature implementation, documentation, and monitoring of usage and performance while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. You’ll also contribute to training materials, explore platform integrations, and help automate workflows, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration technologies.
- Support administration and maintenance of collaboration platforms (M365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with feature rollouts and updates
- Contribute to documentation, governance, and compliance processes
- Help create training materials and support adoption across teams
- Explore integration and automation opportunities to enhance workflows
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with graduation between December 2026–August 2027
- Foundational understanding of cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Willingness to learn platform administration and governance features
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Prior experience administering collaboration platforms
- Scripting experience (especially PowerShell)
- Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies (Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID)
- Experience creating automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate)

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
