Job Description
What You Will Do
As a CX Strategic Programs Specialist Intern, you'll help execute and improve customer communication strategies across email, in-app, SMS, and more. You'll collaborate cross-functionally and use data to optimize engagement and retention.
Key responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of multi-channel customer messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and improvement areas
- Assist in streamlining workflows to deliver timely, relevant messaging
- Contribute to enhancing the end-to-end customer journey
- Existing customer GTM campaign management and promotion testing
What You Need to Be Successful
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s program with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with data to extract insights and spot trends
- Able to problem-solve in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
- Demonstrates urgency and ownership in managing deadlines
What Will Set You Apart
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or JIRA
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Interest or past experience in customer experience, journey mapping, or process improvement
- Curiosity, drive, and a passion for improving customer touchpoints through strategic communication

Compensation & Internship Details
- Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
- Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
- Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 18-July 30, 2026.
- Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
